RSS Workforce Management division will produce and administer payroll for your employees. Employers will have access to a Web-based pay reporting system. All payroll reports will be produced and electronically provided to the client.

How Do I Move My Services To You?

Our Conversion Team will contact you within one business day of receiving your signed contract. In the meantime, the following information is what you can begin to gather in order to speed up the process. We can convert your payroll and HR services quickly and painlessly with complete information.

  1. Copies of Year to Date (YTD) payroll records with the current quarter broken out. Previous quarters can be lumped together. Including Vac/Sick/PTO Balances.
  2. Employee Information including:
    • Name
    • Social Security Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Address
    • Phone
    • Tax Withholding Status and Number of Dependents
    • Garnishment Information
    • Benefit Deduction Information
    • Pay Rate
    • Pay Codes
    • Department Setups
  3. Voided Check representing the bank account from where payroll funds will be withdrawn.
  4. Copy of all Benefit Plan Summaries if we are administering your benefits.
  5. Copy of Workers’ Compensation Declaration Page
  6. Copy of most recent SUTA (State Unemployment) notice
  7. EFTPS login information if applicable

You will be contacted by a Conversion Specialist to go over additional information that may be needed. The Conversion Specialist will work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
