We care about our clients, we care about our community, we care about our employees.  In fact, we see our agency as an extension of who we are personally.  When someone enters our home (Aaron and Sara’s), we want them to feel welcomed, safe, known, comfortable, and cared for. We run our business the same way we conduct our personal lives. This hospitality and care for others naturally transitions into how we view and treat our clients and employees.  I almost wanted to title this blog post, “Welcome to Our Home, We’re Glad You’re Here.” Or, “Come On In, We’ve Got Your Back.”

I often comment or joke that I feel like our RSS office is my “home away from home.” And no, it’s not because I’m working endless hours and I’m at the office all the time. It’s because our office feels like a home to me. I love that our building was in the Westminster community over 80 years ago and some of our community’s original residents were raised here. It sounds corny, I know, but I think if you’ve ever visited our office you’d know what I’m talking about.  It’s just a good place that exudes warmth, care and hospitality. My hope is that our clients and visitors can feel it too.

Not only are we concerned about our clients feeling welcomed and appreciated by RSS, but we want them to know and feel confident that they can trust that we have their best interest in mind, and that we will help them protect what’s most important to them to the best of our abilities.  Our team at RSS is trustworthy. Like I said before, RSS cares about its clients. RSS cares about its community. And we care about offering clients the right protection for their needs.

People often don’t know what they don’t know, so they see an ad or hear a commercial and buy what they’re told —often from a huge company where they’re just a number. The problem is, what they’re told often lacks vital information.  So, when disaster strikes, they’re left high and dry. Without an advocate. Without enough coverage. This is where RSS stands out and excels. Not only does RSS have superior knowledge, we care enough to take the time to research and offer solutions that truly protect our clients for the worst-case scenario.
