We’ve been making some changes at RSS this year. We offer the same insurance products (almost any insurance policy you could need), represent the same carriers (over 60 companies for us to quote insurance thimagerough), and are still in the same location (a quaint, adobe farmhouse in Westminster). So what’s different?
We’ve recognized the importance of communicating with our clients more effectively. We want our clients and those with whom we come into contact to know who we are, not only as an agency, but as individuals. We care about our clients, the community, and the world around us. Integrity, honesty and community are important to us. We have experience. We want you to know that. We believe in what we do, believe in helping others, and believe in assisting our clients to the best of our ability. We want to make sure our clients are confident in the protection we provide them to cover their assets, lives and families.
First, we’ve decided we need to communicate that better. That’s why you can now find us on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. We also now send out a monthly e-newsletter and have created a blog on which we post typically twice a week. We hope we can effectively communicate who we are and share some of our expertise through these mediums. You can keep up to date on what we’re doing, how we’re serving others, or learn some helpful tips or gain insurance knowledge. We know you won’t read everything, but when you get a chance, check out what we’re doing.
Second, we’ve started sending out “Welcome Packets” to our new customers. These packets include information to help our new clients become better acquainted with our agencyimage, our staff, our community involvement, the claims process, our referral program, and what other customers have to say about our agency. Even though we’ve created these for new clients, please let us know if you’d like us to email or mail you a copy.
Lastly, we are very excited about the new agents and employees we have added over the last year and will continue to add in the coming year. We have prioritized hiring individuals whom we believe will best serve our clients and hold the same value system we find so important. We look forward to moving into the future with this amazing staff.
